Annoying sounds

How can i disable the player voices when they get damaged? Its so loud and useless. I still want to hear the other sounds.
I tried "Mute Annoying WoW Sounds" not solving my problem.

The only way you can lower these sounds is using the setting bar for Sound in the Options > Sound menu.

Please note that this will also lower the sound effects from the game, such as spells, actions, footsteps, etc... The only sounds that are not affected by this setting are NPC dialogues, ambience and music.
