Concise Prot Warrior Feedback

Issues Prot Warriors are facing currently. I hope this is Concise, actionable, clear, non-hyperbolic:

-Lowest effective health among tank specs
-Unlike every other tank spec forced to choose between health/mitigation and damage/resource generation
-Ineffective active mitigation for both physical and magic damage

I offer no solutions to fix these issues because, as I recall, devs don't like being told what they should do.

Looking forward to a blue response within the next 24 hours.

Agreed that clear and concise are best. However, this might be a bit too concise.

We're quite interested in Protection Warrior feedback. Feel free to expand on talent choices, rotation, legendaries, artifact traits, etc.
