didn't get Immense Demonheart after completing quest

hello, today i completed the "Ritual of Doom", as warlock. Text sayd: completed, the other 2 warlocks in my group recieved ( or looted) "Immense Demonheart". But i did not get it, nor could I loot it. I hope you are able to solve this problem.

Please retry doing the quest again if you can, to see if that completes it. To have this looked into directly, please contact the support through a ticket in-game.
