I just had a loot problem, I did not get my LFR Shoulder Token, even though I won it. I wrote a ticket, my token was in the mail when I checked it 22 min later. Some friend of mine had Haunted Memento restored after he had it deleted, it was not even in game anymore then.

What I wanted to say is, I have played World of Warcraft since US Closed Beta, I have seen BlizzCS improve greatly, it has always been good, it is bloody excellent now. I have experienced several other CS in many other PC Games and within the real world. I just wanted to say a little thank you to all of you, not just GM Atalessarian. You guys rock!
