Do the essences only drop from raids, M+ dungs, bgs etc? Or do they also drop from the elites in Suramar, as marked on the map? Seen some groups for it but I heard they only come from some of the examples I listed.

The Essences of Aman'thul can be obtained from the following sources:

  • Nighthold Raid Bosses
  • Weekly Mythic Keystone Cache
  • Emissary Bags
  • PvP Weekly Quests
