Imdur I never normally contact you but when I do I expect a timely response, especially as you've removed phone support and trying to find your live chat well good luck!
We haven't removed phone support, we changed how phone support works, which is different; instead of having you call us, we call you. You can read about this change
here.
Both Live Chat and Phone Callback services will be available to use if the issue you're contacting us about is something we can help with via those channels, and of course, if it's within the opening hours. For everything else, our ticket service is available 24/7/365.
