This expansion as much as I am loving it has one huge flaw. It is completrely unfriendly to Alts and late players.

I would love the chance to re-roll or even make an Alt BUT that is impossible. After getting revered with every faction, almost exalted with Nightfall and spending 20+ AP on my Sin wep and more on my Outlaw wep .. there is NO way to catch that up if you re-roll or come in late.

This needs to be addressed as 'You' are going to butcher even more classes in the future and pigeon holing people into one specific spec (Sin rogue got a 40% nerf), and people are going to want to re-roll to keep up with their pve or pvp needs.

Fix:
* Make AP Account wide
* Make Rep Account wide
* Make AK Account wide

In regards to Artifact Knowledge, there is a catch-up mechanic in place as detailed in this blog:

The further into the expansion we get, the less amount of time it takes to research lower ranks of Artifact Knowledge. This means it will take less time, down the line, for alts to catch-up to mains in terms of Artifact Knowledge.

It even means that if you stop playing your main for a couple of months, and you haven't reached the max rank of Artifact Knowledge yet, then your main can potentially benefit from the catch-up as well.
