Prestige say's it will reset talents still

Why did I read so much about how when you reach honor level 50 your and prestige your honor talents will not reset. Yet when I'm about to click prestige today after the patch came, it say's
"Your honor level will be reset to 1. You will lose access to all of your honor talents until you earn them again."

So was it all just rumours about the talents not reseting? I'm scared to click prestige because it say's this.

The Prestige changes will be coming in 7.1. If you Prestige right now, you will lose your talents. However, if you've Prestiged before 7.1 you will automatically unlock all your honor talents once 7.1 is released, so you won't need to re-grind them again.
