Revert Warden Tower Timer

In a recent hotfi they made warden tower quests last 6 hours, rather than 3, why? I can see this as a nuissane to both ppl who want to do arhaeology there, aswell as people doing them for rewards, now both will hae to wait longer to gget it.

We like how rewarding the Warden Towers felt for the time spent at them, but we don't want them to be the primary source of Honor.
