Orbs for Kosumoth World Quest

Blizzard,

Please address the spawn time/availability of the orbs involved in obtaining the world quest for Kosumoth. It's an absolute nightmare out there. On my realm, we created a line where people were waiting their turn, but other people started showing up and just ruined it for us by dying right next to the orb and then standing next to it as ghosts so they could revive when the orb spawned (without having to worry about dying to the steam on orb 6), standing on top of it, etc. The people in my line waited 3 hours for Orb 6, but none of us were able to get the orb because of all the other people. Eventually there were 10 people waiting for the orb (that spawned maybe once every 40-50 minutes),

I don't understand why a world quest would be gated behind something that so few people can get at a time.
