Algalon achievements

So there's an obvious inconsistency here:

Q u o t e:
He Feeds On Your Tears
Defeat Algalon the Observer on Normal Difficulty without any raid member dying to Algalon at any point during that raid lockout period.

Observed
Defeat Algalon the Observer on Normal Difficulty.
Title Reward: Starcaller

Heroic: He Feeds On Your Tears
Defeat Algalon the Observer without any raid member dying on Heroic Difficulty.

Heroic: Observed
Defeat Algalon the Observer on Heroic Difficulty without any raid member dying to Algalon at any point during that raid lockout period.
Title Reward: The Astral Walker

And it's been like this for a few builds now. Is this going to be fixed before the patch goes live? And how exactly will it be fixed (ie did you just add "without any raid member dying in the lockout period" to the wrong heroic achievement or is the intent that we need a flawless one-shot for either title?)
