Not sure this should go in the bug report forum since it may just not be implemented yet. It doesn't appear that Cashflow is actually doing anything.

Can any other guilds confirm this?

Second, on a Guild Bank UI note,...is the money log going to have an entry denoting the Cashflow gains? Even if it was just a daily entry, it would be nice.

All guild perks should be working as of today's build except for Happy Hour and Chug-A-Lug. These will both be active in our next build.

You need Friendly guild faction to use the mobile guild bank. That is updated in the tooltip for the next build. There is currently a bug where it is set to Honored.
