Will guild achievements/leveling/rep go live with the 4.0 patch or when cataclysm launches?

Just wondering because my friends and I have started a new guild for rated bgs and haven't gotten into major recruitment yet, but if its comes with the prepatch, I don't want us to get behind. :(
