Please note that in the latest beta build (12604) vehicle action bars are broken. The temporary workaround for the problem is to abandon the vehicle and then reacquire the quest/vehicle.

There are also issues with spell override bars not showing up for a handful of quests (Prisoners of War).

We should have these issues resolved in the next beta build.
