Regional Flag[BUG] Arch 12984 - Digs give a TON of XPSource

The sticky was locked, so I'm gonna put stuff here until its unlocked and I can post there.

Each dig is giving me 109k xp atm. That's 327k xp per dig-site. I'm gonna assume that's a bug since its so much lol
