I am currently a 450 enchanter, who has trained Illustrious Grand Master Enchanting. I did 2 [Enchant Weapon - Avalanche] and 1 [Enchant Weapon - Mending] to a scroll and did not receive a skillup for doing so, neither 1 point or the 5 as noted in the tradeskill UI.
