will the -20% attack speed and -20% casting speed from slow affect bosses and or big scary mobs (e.g. molten giants, anubisath guardians)?

The attack and casting speed slow will affect any mobs that are affected by other slowing effects (ie: thunderfury debuff, thunderclap, curse of tongues, etc).
