Starfire is the spell I recommend using on all boss fights (dungeon and raid), so you may want to avoid having any nature only spell damage gear equipped if you're doing this type of content. That is to say, at least have normal spell damage gear you can swap for solo, PvP and dungeon/raid bosses.
