PETITION - New gear inadequately advertised

It came to my awareness that my recently spent points of honor have gone to waste.
The former general's gear has been upgraded to veteran's, without a proper advertisement that this would happen.
I, for one, am furious with Blizzard for continuously mishandling their customers and I ask just one simple thing in return short of legal compensation...

Please put a vendor in that we can return our general's gear AT FULL HONOR refund, and then we may purchase the upgraded veteran's
I'm sure I do not speak for myself, but had there been a vendor in the halls of legends stating "THERE IS BETTER GEAR COMING" I would not have spent my honor points, and I would have waited for these better pieces.

On a second glance, Why wasn't the current gear just upgraded? Who would honestly be dumb enough to buy gear that is such small honor difference, yet not as good... OH and not to mention the pendant, which dropped in honor price but gained statistics...

We prefer not to have petitions, but healthy and courteous discussions. Petitions really provide us nothing in the way of feedback, and provide other posters here with nothing but a place to rant, or post /sign. It's our goal to incite more thought provoking or at least manageable conversations, and petitions threads generally degrade into spamming /sign and those who disagree flaming them.

Information that new honor rewards were coming with this patch and arena season was posted here in the PvP forum, General forum, and on the main World of Warcraft webpage almost one month ago.
