Matched system... when?

When do they plan to implement the matching system in battlegrounds? I'm guessing in TBC. Just to test out the new BGs I ran 2 battlegrounds, one with about 5 people from my guild and the next one I just queue'd up. Both times I ran into preforms.

The matching/team-balancing system discussed previously has been delayed until after the release of the expansion in order to devote more time to developing the system. You can find more information in the World of Warcraft Battleplan Vol. 4 at the link below.
