Most servers now have the Al'ar hotfix that changes the cooldown of the Meteor ability back to 2.1.3 values, and the hotfix that changes Illidan's berserk timer to 25 minutes.
However, there are still some servers that have not received the updates yet . These are:

Demon Soul
Gnomeregan
Haomarush
Onyxia
Scilla
Turalyon
Uldaman
These servers are undergoing rolling restarts right now to pick up the hotfixes.
