Has this been fixed in any way? We were planning on heading over to him today but if he's still broken I'd like to know before we waste our time with him.

I'm going to assume you are referring to his Positive/Negative charge abilities.

If that's the case, we pushed a hotfix that should have those spells overwrite each other properly. It should be live on the realms now.
