My 3 are:
1.) Shaman. Everyone knows this class is in a lot of trouble. Their Caster tree is neat, but inefficient with 2.1, their melee tree is sub-par to Rogues, and provides little group benefit, and their Resto tree is just... not good. They do not have a role that they perform exceptionally well right now, unlike every other class.
2.) Hunters. Hunters of average skill are horrible DPS, and do not provide enough group benefit to warrant this low DPS. It takes far more skill to play a Hunter WELL than any other class, imo.
3.) Mages. Mages have the 3rd worst mana efficiency in the game, next to Elemental and Resto Shaman. They have amazing damage potential, but without a Shadow Priest to maintain their mana, they cannot last the length of the current end-game encounters.
