Help! CTRA Interface Pop-Up!

hey guys i was wondering if someon fimiliar with ctra can assist me.
after the new patch last week, id been experiancing problems with loading up ctra. i download the new version after the patch and i re downloaded it a couple times. the problem i have is that everytime when i log on my toon, i get this interface pop-up from ctra:

if i press ok the pop-up goes away. but when i join a raid group i get another pop-up like every 15sec:

i tried reinstalling the mod and i tried taking off all my mods and running ctra alone, but i keep getting the same thing. everthing i tried so far does not work, can i please get some help!! thanks guys
