every time I zone into a BG. I've turning off all my mods and it still happens, so I know it's not that, and I know other people have the same issue.

On a side note, I hate the fact that the game no longer takes my Blizzard UI right action bars into account, and shoves the chat and quest trackers underneath them.

I know one person that was running into this issue as well. I'm going to move this to the UI & Macro forum as I'm sure it would be the most appropriate place to get help or an answer on the cause and any current or future fixes.
