Add-Ons not saving - Blue Tracker

Hey,
I've been having problems after I set up my addons and then i log out that they reset. I'm using X-Perl, MSBT, Grid, and PallyPower. Even at the character selection screen when I turn off parts of addons the next time I log in they are all turned on again. I've tried running the repair tool and eventually last night I uninstalled and reinstalled WoW but I am still having the same problem.
