It can be tricky if the mods were provided inside of a Windows style .exe installer. If you had them on a Windows system prior, in many cases you can just zip up the Interface folder and bring it over. If installing fresh, find the mod of interest in a "ZIP" format and you can just unzip it on the Mac and then drop it in the Interface folder.
