How do i "swap" players with someone.

I am looking to swap my level 60 shaman, with an alliance player on a PvE server. How would i go about giving them my toon, without giving them my account?

Basically I want to play alliance, not horde anymore. I hear about people swapping toons, and i would like to know how to go about it.
