The very first post provides an account of what happened. What's astonishing is how the thieves, who were defaulted as the #1 guild on Arthas (Four Horsemen progression) after server transfers, blatantly provide an admission to in addition to justifying the theft of a BWL raid instance from a guild who is learning the Nefarian encounter.

My question to the development team is this: How can we, as members of a raiding guild, guard against such incidents BESIDES declining group invites with anyone who is not a guild member when we have raid IDs to an unfinished instance?

This is something the affected parties need to contact the Game Master staff about. By publicizing it here, you're doing nothing but encouraging others to try it.
