New Reporting Options

As some of you may have noticed, we have changed the way the Post Reporting system works. When you report a thread by clicking on the Biohazard symbol next to it, a new list of choices will appear. These changes were made so that we can more efficiently research reports and take appropriate action in a more timely manner. Below is an explanation of each category.

Sticky Request
Use this category to request a thread be made into a sticky. For quicker processing, please report only the first post in the thread.

Posting about illegal drugs or activities, other
Use this category when you find a post that discusses illegal drugs, illegal activities, or a thread that violates the rules in a way not listed with one of the other categories.

Posting offensive/vulgar or inappropriate language, harassing or defamatory language towards others
Use this category for posts include profanity or language unfit for the forums. Also use it to report harassment towards you or others.

Spamming, trolling, advertising, or account trading
Use this category to report spam, trolls, advertisement threads, or posts in which players are trying to trade their account or characters.

Posting or linking to pornography, malicious programs, unreleased content
Use this category to report a post containing links to pornographic images or of a pornographic nature, as well as ACSII representations of such imagery. It should also be used when a post is found to contain suspect links, and when a post contains or links to content that we have not released.

Posting real-life threats or distributing real-life personal information
Use this category to report posts containing real life information, or for posts containing personal threats made against you or others.

Tidal, that is a good point. You are still required to enter text in the box. The topics were changed to make it easier for both you the players and us the moderators to sort the reports in order to get to them more efficiently.
