Stop the insanity

So many people in the forums arguing about whether weekly maintenance is necessary or whether zero down time is possible/impossible. The simple answer is that everyone could be right. It just depends on how much money Blizzard is willing to spend.

Less money spent -> more down time
More money spent -> less down time

So is 99% up time possible? Absolutely, if you spend enough money on it.
Is 99.99% possible? Absolutely, just spend even more money.
Satisfied with 90% up time? Great, you've just saved some money.
