When does it refresh

hey so im wondering when the picture refreshes. like it says im 19 but im really 22, so i am wondering when it refreshes, cause i also deleted a lot of the chars but they still show up there. ty.

edit: its off topic but im wondering what does QQ mean?

If your avatar does not reflect your current level try selecting another character to post with, making a post, and then selecting your original character again. That should update the forums with the latest information.
