Steelwill, I salute you for bringing up a matter that many find too offensive to discuss. The fact that even making a reference to "black" skin is dangerous, despite the fact that you were asking for MORE EQUITABLE TREATMENT, says a lot about the state of our society. I had a seven paragraph response, but it seems I may get punished for civil discussion of said topic... so I'll let it rest.
That being said, I salute you for even caring, especially in the face of an overarching cultural racism so massive that most individuals cannot even see it, because it consumes the entire social landscape.
