Worst GM Service? Share!

Let me first start by saying that just about every GM petition I've had to deal with in the past over 2 years has usually been excecptional.

WoW's GM's (the ones I've dealt with) are mostly courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and great.

This one.. was not.

Background info: I got hacked quite a while ago. Early November. My E-mail account also got hacked. I was unable to log on for 4 days, my guild confirmed that all my 60's were online at 3am monday night. I did what I could, but found my luck on Thursday when I got my e-mail account back, then called Bliz accounts support and got my account back. The person I dealt with was extremely helpful.
To my surprise, my account was intact - except for all the gold missing on all my lvl 60 chars. I'm guessing they wanted to EBay my account. Anyways, an AWESOME GM, Kalellius, forwarded my information to account investigations.

I waited. I heard of many hacks so knew it would take a while. I got an e-mail stating about a 14-17 day wait time before they can investigate.
14-17 days passed. I got another e-mail stating that there is currently no estimated time for account investigation. I got this e-mal again and again for weeks. Finally, I get an e-mail. It states:
Q u o t e:
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify the loss of gold that you have reported and will be unable to provide the restoration you have requested. Please remember that restoration is not always guaranteed. While we make every effort to verify your loss there are times where restoration is not possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused.

I know many steps that GM's and investigators can take to resolve issues. They've done them with me before. I gave them all the information they would need. They need to simply go to the time when my characters were logged in NOT under my control, and track what they did to get rid of the gold. Either buy an overpriced auction or mail it or trade it, would be the 3 ways. They then check the other account, and find out that it probably got banned later, with my gold, leaving me screwed. It's not that hard.

I've been a loyal customer for years, and the games are excellent, but customer service like this makes players wonder. Things of this nature will definately be taken into consideration whenever I think of buying non-WoW blizzard games. They know I'm addicted and won't stop playing WoW. I'm not, it's true. I love the game.

So, as e-mail said later, I can contact a GM. I did. He gave absolutely no help, and simply dismissed the issue. Werzeph is possibly the worst GM I have had contact with, providing no help, no words of advice or encouragement, and being downright rude.

What happened to the blizzard standards of quality which were SO HIGH when the game came out? Has the 8 million playerbase ruined that? Many GM's and staff are still EXCELLENT, exceptional people, but some stand out as not.

Please, share your stories, good and bad, with GM dealings. Following are the screenshots of the encounter.

Im not 100% sure but I could have sworn it's against the CoC to post GM /tells in a forum.
