Closest there is, is Nathaera, I believe, in the Blood Elf city. She's the herbalism trainer but was not named after me.
Also, more on point with the topic, the system is still in beta. I've had things on my characters show up on mouseover then not show up on mouseover within the very same session. I've seen guilds appear and disappear as I've searched etc. There are a few hiccups that are in the system but that's why it's called a beta test. :)
