HELP! I clicked the Tony Danza keylogger link

I clicked the Tony Danza keylogger link last night, it didnt make any sense, now today im hearing that its a keylogger site.

What can I do? if i change my password, ittle just get stolen again. I do not have any anti virus software on my computer, can anyone recomend one that will get rid of it for sure??

or any other help?
