it honestly has to be the worst instance, and it being the only way to gain thrallmar rep makes it suck even more.

I don't know why does it? I've never had a problem with it. I'm guessing any content that you want to go through multiple times because you're attempting to achieve something is going to wear on you, but the instance itself, I think, is pretty fun.
