First of all, I agree it was needed.

I think it is unfair that for MS warriors, Blood Frenzy and deep wounds--which can be 5-10% of DPS--does not affect bleed immune mobs.

Make Blood Frenzy work even if the mob is bleed immune. Deep wounds stays as-is.

Warrior's threat isn't as dependent on damage as Druid threat is. That is why the change was made, to adjust overall levels of threat and keep bear tanks working in such a case as bleed-immune mobs. A warrior has plenty of other options facing bleed-immune mobs. If we gave everyone a work-around for bleed-immunity, why bother keeping it in game?
