If we were to allow this, keep in mind we'd be forced to add a .5 chance every 10 yds of movement for you to break the spine of your beast of burden and lose your mount.

We reply (and create topics) which focus on a variety of topics. Perhaps you have a tendency to focus on the negative or what supports some feelings of disdain?
Beyond this, matters of importance and worthlessness are subjective.
