All realms are now up and accepting players, we thank you for your continued patience during this extended downtime.
Update - 6:30 PM PDT
After issuing rolling restarts for all realms in order apply a fix that would resolve an urgent issue regarding item loss, complications arose that kept some of the realms from returning to service properly. We have been in the process of bringing these realms up one or two at a time since then; however the process is taking much longer than expected. We are now anticipating that all realms will be live and accepting players by approximately 9:00 PM PDT. We again apologize to those on the affected realms for this extended downtime following the rolling restarts.

We will be issuing rolling restarts immediately for all realms to implement a fix for an issue which resulted in some items being removed from players' inventories. We anticipate each realm to be down for approximately 15 minutes once their restart begins. We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your understanding.
