Runed Eternium Rod doesn't work ?????

I have posed this question to Blizzard , and still await a answer, has anyone else had this problem.

Went to make a Prismatic Sphere today and was not allowed to make one due to the fact that I needed a Runed Adamanite Rod. I find this strange because enchanting rods when you make a new rod, it is suppose to let you do all lesser enchants and Runed Eternium is the rod above Runed Adamanite rod.

Blizzard GM told me they get back to me, any help anyone ???
