75 pages of posts, 24 hours w/o help

So whats going on blizzard, 75 pages of posts is not enough to allow someone to make a post regarding almost all northern Ca customers not being able to play on the server of their choice?. Enough passing the buck, its been 24 hours with no word from blizzard, your cs guys are unwilling to help, lets get some anwsers

We are actively receiving updates from the ISP’s involved concerning the connection issues affecting users in Northern California and surrounding areas. This is outside of our service and not related specifically to us or with World of Warcraft, but we are attempting to provide as much assistance as we can in hopes of resolving this issue. We will continue to track their progress with the information given to us and hope to provide further updates to you as we receive them.
