Why is the hardest part of the Netherdrake quest line positioning youself to talk to a particular NPC?

I've spent more time trying to get to that tiny spot on his toe than I have on doing any of the actual quests.

Is this ever going to get fixed?

We are aware of this issue, but it's not something that is a quick and easy fix.

I can tell you though, that the easiest way to get to him and interact is to switch over to the click to move. When you get close enough to him, just right click and it will set you up perfectly.
