Voice Chat in 2.20

I thought that Blizz was gonna introduce voicechat in 2.20 but looking at the ptr notes, it isn't mentioned anywhere. What gives? Did i just miss something where they decided they were gonna wait until later?

It will be in a future build of the current PTR. You haven't missed it.
