So is it 30% or 50%?

Sorry been away for a couple of days and just now catching up to what is going on.

So is my understanding correct that first there was a 30% reduction to honor when Blizzard realized too many people were getting it too fast. And then a day later people started noticing that it was even more ... more like 50%.

I have heard the reason is that the honor is reduced 30% when you get a HK and then further reduced 30% more when all your honor for the day is calculated and applied to your account.

Is this correct. Can anybody confirm this?

Can a CM shed some light on this please?

We have replied already that we're investigating claims of the honor reduction being applied more than once to a set of honor. The 30% reduction does apply to all honor gained, both from kills and bonus honor, which may account for the 'double reduction' some are seeing. Looking at the changes made it does not appear that the 30% reduction is being applied more than once for the honor gained, but we have a team working to test the claim and we'll hopefully have a solid answer for you in the next couple business days.
