Patch broke Character info Screen tooltips

So, tried to look at my gear on the character information screen and nothing. All the icons are there, but when I mouse over them I don't get a tool tip of weapon/gear stats. I turned off all my mods restarted wow and the same problem. Talked to guildies almost all of them are having similiar issues.

We're investigating this now.

As other players pointed out, this is indeed a result of the mod mentioned above.
