Can you buy Brewfest mounts after Brewfest?

Lets say I did all the daily quests and got the item that allows you to buy the Brewfest ram and the Swift Brewfest Ram. Will I be able to at level 40 be able to buy the Brewfest ram and keep the item to buy the Swift Brewfest ram once I get to level 60 which obviously the festival will be over by then?

That's the plan. :)

If you look at the top of the Brewfest preview webpage (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/events/brewfest/), you can see information on a lot of in-game events and almost all of them are planned to continually happen on a regular schedule.
