Two things.
1) Classes are balanced with the class as whole in mind, which means some abilities and effects may not exactly match up. Also, you've no problem with the 30% threat reduction enhancement shaman are going to receive in patch 2.3?

You and a few other posters have already stated that, and my first point covered this (and more in regards to class balance with consideration to the class as a whole), just not directly as I made no specifics.
