Do all the quests and farm the turn ins?
Or did you just buy all the turn ins on the AH?

Both actually. I farmed the turn ins on my first character and it took a lot of time. I bought them on the Auction House on my second level 70 as I had saved up a lot of gold from doing Daily Quests and this seemed the easier way to go for me, kind of depends on the availability on the realm though.
