i dont see it anywhere i look so i ask is there a official date on when its coming live?

We don't release dates for upcoming patches as they often change resulting in frustration and disappointment . The patch is on the public test realms currently, and once we feel it's received enough testing, we'll push it to live realms.

It's safe to say it will happen on a Tuesday. :P

I would still love a guestimate of +/- a month, with no garuntees of the patch acutally fitting this guideline but merely serving as a measuring stick of the probable path. Is that too much to ask for?

We've "been there done that", it causes problems. You'll have to be patient, I'm afraid.
